Club style training days are for clients developing gundogs for hunt tests, field trials, or general hunting work. We’ll start with advanced dogs and work our way through to the least experienced. Max 10 dog/handler teams. Hours 8:00am – TBD.

Summer class will follow a chronological progression from learning to learn, collar conditioning, basic to advanced obedience, and retrieving skills on land and water. We will also explore other fun skills like tracking and shed hunting.

May 4th: Foundations (learning to learn) reward, play, and relationship based training

May 18th: Natural retrieve building and force fetch workshop

June 1st: Collar conditioning

June 22nd: Training in drive, push/pull, and developing natural retrieve

July 13th: Putting it together in the field (retrieving)

July 20th: Mock hunt
